of helping and advising SMEs on business strategy and strategic marketing.
I also use my experience & skills on a voluntary or reduced-fee basis
with community groups & charities & I am a business mentor for the
Prince's Trust.
I am based in Hampshire, but will travel anywhere in the world to help coach teams through strategy development and marketing planning. I work, not only with marketing professionals, but also business start-ups, owner-managers, technical people, scientists and engineers and get great satisfaction from helping them recognise and then capitalise on their market opportunities. In addition, I design & undertake qualitative market research to provide businesses or other entities with an objective assessment of their current performance & opportunities, which feeds perfectly into a strategic review or acts as a basis for marketing planning.
